How a Before & After Concept Works
Every Before & After starts with the same three-part concept: the property as it is today, a visual concept of the transformation, and a view of the intended result. The examples on this page illustrate the approach VALVION uses -- as real client projects are completed, they will replace these conceptual examples.
Before
The property in its current, unimproved state -- before any transformation concept is applied.
Transformation Concept
A visualization concept showing how the property could be improved -- illustrating direction, not a guaranteed outcome.
After
The intended result once the transformation concept is realized -- the goal the property is being evaluated against.
What Each Concept Includes
Each Before & After concept pairs an intended goal with the type of products and finishes that could support it. These pairings are illustrative -- specific products are confirmed with each client once a real project begins.
Products Used (Concept)
Example finishes, materials, or fixtures shown in the concept -- drawn from the categories in our product catalogue and confirmed with the client before any purchase.
Intended Goal
What the concept is meant to achieve -- for example, improving visual appeal, making better use of space, or supporting a faster sale or lease.
